2022/2023 AA Head Coach Applications

Estevan Minor Hockey Association is accepting coaching applications for the 2022-2023 Season for the following positions:
U13 AA - Head Coach                          U15 AA - Head Coach                          U18 AA - Head Coach
Requirements and job duties include but are not limited to:

• Identify and Promote Local Area Athletes to Attend Camp Dates
• Lead Role in team selection process
• Organize season plan and progression for on and off ice
• Develop a program through dryland, nutrition, video, player expectations and skill development
• Development of team strategies and Tactics
• Develop game and practice plans
• Bench management during games
• Evaluate and provide feedback to players
• Travel with the team for all road games and tournaments, some overnight travel
• Must provide a criminal record check
• Ideal candidate should have strong coaching and playing experience
• Must have or willing to work towards the proper coaching certification
• Required to follow and honor the Bylaws and Policies of EMHA and the SAAHL

 
Honorarium available to an experienced Non-Parent Head Coach.
