Jeff's clinics are purposely designed with pucks, battling...or game like situations and progress per session. This will not allow kids to over hit. Pucks make it real and it triggers stick control and mental skills.

Angeling and 1-1's Battling Combination and Individual Fore Checking Techniques & Front of Net Play and Back Checking 

This clinic is designed to help your child make the transition into body contact and get comfortable giving and receiving checks.
